This policy explains how FilmLovers ("the app") handles information when you use its photo-editing features, diagnostics, and advertising.

Your photos

Photo editing is performed on your device. FilmLovers does not upload your photos to a FilmLovers server. A photo leaves the app only when you choose to share or export it through another app or service.

Information processed

• App diagnostics and usage: release builds may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to process app events, crash details, device and operating-system information, app version, and coarse usage information. This helps us improve reliability and features.
• Advertising: ad-supported builds use Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, Google and its partners may process identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interactions to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising.
• Local settings: editing preferences, drafts, ad frequency counters, and consent state may be stored on your device.

FilmLovers does not require an account and does not ask you to provide a name, phone number, or postal address.

Permissions

Camera and photo-library permissions are used only to capture, select, edit, and save photos. The Android advertising ID permission supports advertising where permitted by your consent and device settings. You can change permissions at any time in Android Settings.

Your privacy choices

Where required, FilmLovers asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. You can revisit those choices from the app's Info screen when the privacy-options control is available. You may also reset or limit the advertising ID in Android Settings.

Third-party services and retention

Google processes service data under its own terms and retention rules. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and Google's explanation of data from partner apps. We do not sell your photos or personal information.

Children

FilmLovers is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
